What You’ll Do:
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Account Managers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all client service operations, ensuring high-quality, timely, and accurate support across diverse commercial accounts.
- Manage renewal processes, documentation, and carrier relationships to secure optimal coverage and market conditions.
- Drive process efficiencies, monitor key performance metrics, and support strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor, resolving escalated issues and guiding your team through complex client and operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with underwriting partners and carriers to align service delivery with market requirements.
- Ensure team compliance with industry standards, Epic procedures, and regulatory requirements, emphasizing a safety-first approach.
Required Skills:
- Valid Level 2 insurance license
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance
- Deep technical knowledge of commercial P&C coverage including GL, Property, Cyber, D&O, and related lines.
- Hands-on experience with EPIC and carrier portals.
- Exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and organizational prowess.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with carriers and internal stakeholders.
