Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through proactive cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients across sectors such as real estate, retail, manufacturing, contractors, and more
  • Promote and sell commercial property, auto, CGL, and other policies
  • Collaborate with a support team of insurance professionals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for both new and renewal business

Qualifications

  • Outbound sales experience is required
  • Active AIC or RIBO license is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or with team support
  • This is not an inside sales role; focus on external outreach and relationship building
