Associate Commercial Account Manager

Our client is a trusted brokerage with a longstanding and decorated history in Downtown Toronto. They are growing and are looking for a sharp, skilled, and organized Associate Commercial Account Manager to join their team

Compensation

• $60,000 to $75,000 in salary based on relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships
• Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
• Prepare and review documentation such as certificates of insurance and statements of values
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate multi-jurisdictional and multinational placements
• Stay updated with industry trends
• Support senior team members with presentations, meetings, and client reports

Qualifications

• RIBO License (CAIB designation is bonus)
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in commercial insurance servicing
• Strong technical skills with MS Office (Excel spreadsheets), Applied EPIC, Insurance products, and invoicing
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment
