Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Interprofessional Practice, the Rehabilitation Program Team Coordinator provides administrative leadership and clinical supervision to the OT/PT Team as well as maintaining a partial physical therapy caseload. In addition, the Rehabilitation Program Team Coordinator will work collaboratively with committees and clinical services teams; Student Clinical Placement coordinators; Equipment Vendors, Suppliers and Community Service groups; external partners in project or research endeavors, and clients and their caregivers.

Experience

  • Recent relevant experience in musuloskeletal assessment and treatment
  • Experience in research
  • 5 years experience in an increasingly independent professional role
  • Supervisory experience

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

Other Education and Training

  • Advanced level orthopedic assessment and treatment as applicable.  
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)

  • Knowledge in applicable legislation and standards
