Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

Additional Comment:

• No guaranteed hours. Must be available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3-week period. Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats and holidays, where applicable
