Job Profile Description: Promotes health and healing and provides education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of health care. 

Travel Required: Yes

Additional Info: Travel locally and up to >100km away required to provide care for clients in their homes. Fleet vehicle available for travel.
