Job Description: Reporting to the Manager Employment Coordination, the Associate (Staffing) contributes to the efficient operation of the Employment Coordination department through preparation and management of internal postings, processing of staff transactions, supporting the HRIS system, completion of databases and spreadsheets, and other related projects.

Experience

  • 1+ years experience in Human Resources

Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business
  • Human Resources diploma

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
