Job Description: The Administrative Assistant supports the Executive Coordinator (EC) and, by extension, the President and CEO of Emmanuel Health. This role plays a critical part in the day-to-day administrative functions of the Emmanuel Health corporate office, helping to ensure seamless operations across multiple departments and partners. The Administrative Assistant also provides direct administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and contributes to corporate projects that advance Emmanuel Health’s strategic priorities.

Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role
Education:
- Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course
Other Education & Training:
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
