Fall 2025 Co-op: Business Operations Support (8 months)

As a Business Operations Co-op Student, you will play a key role in supporting the internal operations of our consulting practice. This role is ideal for a student who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining practical experience in business operations within a leading global technology and consulting firm.
You will collaborate with teams across the business and assist with process improvement, reporting, documentation, and coordination tasks that drive operational efficiency and client success.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the development and maintenance of internal reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Assist with documenting and improving business processes and operational workflows
• Help coordinate internal meetings, project tracking activities, and team communications
• Conduct research and prepare summaries to support strategic and operational initiatives
• Provide administrative support in areas such as procurement, project coordination, and internal systems
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and contribute to internal project execution
• Participate in special projects and internal improvement initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Dynamics 365) is an asset
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn in a dynamic consulting environment
• Relevant experience gained through co-op terms, internships, or other professional roles will be viewed as a strong asset.
