Reporting directly to senior management, you'll join a small, dedicated team focused on customer satisfaction.
Your main goal: manage recurring customer orders and ensure smooth, efficient and personalized service.
Key responsibilities:
Process and follow up on regular client orders, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with accounting and management for invoicing and order adjustments.
Use Pepper (order and inventory management software) integrated with Sage50.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with loyal clients.
Contribute to process improvements and digital optimization initiatives.
Proven experience in customer service or order management, ideally within the food or distribution industry.
Strong skills in Excel and comfort using business systems and ERPs.
Highly organized, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
Permanent position, 37 hours per week.
Flexible schedule: a few hours on Sundays (remote).
Partial remote work available after training and onboarding.
Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
