I am currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a well-established manufacturing company recognized for the quality of its products and its collaborative work environment.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing production operations, while ensuring a balance between productivity, quality, and employee well-being.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure the efficiency and quality of operations in the workshops (Cutting, Machining, Welding, Finishing).
Manage, motivate, and coordinate a team of 10 to 15 production employees.
Plan and schedule production according to priorities and available capacities.
Monitor and improve performance indicators (cost, quality, lead times).
Supervise related activities: warehouse, loading, and shipping.
Foster a positive work environment that upholds human values and safety standards.
Actively contribute to process reliability and continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, 5S, problem-solving).
Analyze failures, malfunctions, and non-conformities.
Identify optimization opportunities, develop and track KPIs.
* Relevant experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment
* Strong leadership, organizational skills, and rigor in managing priorities
