As part of a temporary replacement, you will provide first-level IT support to internal teams. Your role is essential to ensuring smooth operations during a key period between mid-December and early January.
Your responsibilities:
* Basic troubleshooting: hardware, software, and workstation issues
* User support for Windows and Office 365
* Assistance with peripherals: printers, monitors, accessories
* Support with network connectivity and resolution of simple incidents
* On-site support to assist employees in their day-to-day needs

* Experience in Level 1 technical support
* Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and standard office environments
* Customer-oriented mindset, autonomy, and quick execution
* Available immediately
* Ability to work on-site in Longueuil
