You will be an IT resource person for the team and the preferred point of contact for users, including executive profiles (lawyers, financiers, management). Your role combines high-level support, proximity to the field, and active participation in the continuous improvement of systems.
Your main responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 support : support of Helpdesk tickets, diagnosis, resolution, escalation as needed and follow-up to closure, in compliance with SLAs.
* To offer impeccable service to a VIP/executive clientele, in a context where speed, discretion and clarity are essential.
* Manage onboarding/offboarding: preparation of workstations, accounts, access, equipment, rights and lifecycle monitoring.
* Maintain and enrich the knowledge base (procedures, user guides, internal standards).
* Administer, in collaboration with the IT director, the environments: Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, Proofpoint, Apple Business Manager, Zscaler, networks.
* Monitor system performance and security, apply patches, propose optimizations, and automate recurring tasks.
* Participate in continuous improvement, cybersecurity and tool modernization projects.
* Contribute to technical documentation, audits, and lifecycle management of environments.
* Travel monthly (Toronto, New York).
* Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience with relevant certifications).
* 5 to 7 years of experience in IT support and systems environments.
* Excellente maîtrise de : Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, Apple Business Manager, Proofpoint, Zscaler.
* Very strong sense of customer service, ability to manage priorities and work with VIP users.
* Used to working in structured corporate contexts and with professionals (lawyers, financiers, executives).
* Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, reliability and a solution-oriented approach.
* Ambition and willingness to learn: You want to progress towards more administration, security or projects.
* Bilingualism French/English essential.
* Occasional availability outside of normal hours in case of emergency.
* Permanent, full-time position, based in Brossard.
* Competitive salary: $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
* Work mainly on site, teleworking possible on Fridays.
* Monthly travel required (Toronto, New York).
