Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located on the South Shore of Montreal, a computer and network technician.
Description (en)
* Install, upgrade and develop hardware and software;
* Ensure maintenance, investigate the causes of breakdowns and manage the use of networks
business premises
* Manage IT equipment including servers, workstations, printers, systems
telephone, mobile devices, antivirus, magnetic cards, etc.;
* Implement traffic control and network security software;
* Maintain computer equipment inventory and licenses;
* Perform data backup and restoration operations;

* Provide technical support to internal and external users;
* Support and train users;
* DEC in computer technology or related field;
* 3-4 years of experience;
* Mastery of IT tools and operating systems (Windows, Office suite, MS365, Exchange, Sharepoint);
* Vsphere and Veeam backup, Vlan management;
* Fortigate, Cisco, QoS and VoIP;
* Carry out network cabling and install equipment;
* Bilingual: French and English; spoken and written.
