I am looking for an accounts payable clerk for a company in Saint-Eustache.
Your tasks will include:
-Entering and verifying invoices in the accounting system.
-Matching invoices with delivery slips and GRNs.
-Managing payments to suppliers (issuing checks, tracking due dates).
-Answering suppliers' questions about payments.
-Reconciling credit card statements with receipts.
-Updating billing records and following up with departments.
-Participating in the annual inventory and assisting auditors.
-All other related tasks.
Your profile:
-Vocational diploma/college diploma in accounting
-3 years of accounting experience
-Bilingualism required to communicate with suppliers in other provinces and the United States
