Job Title: Accounts Payable Technician
Location: Montreal (easily accessible by public transit)
Employment Status: Permanent
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, hybrid (2 days in office - 3 days remote)
Salary: Up to $65,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full accounts payable cycle

Perform 3-way matching (purchase orders, receipts, invoices)

Verify, process, and reconcile vendor invoices

Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in accounting or equivalent experience

Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience
