Role Overview

Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) is one of Canada’s fastest growing environmental services companies, providing integrated waste, recycling, organics, and environmental solutions across five provinces.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative – Municipalities & Public Sector. to support the continued expansion of our municipal and public sector partnerships while driving new commercial growth in the Calgary market.

This role is unique in that it blends strategic account management with proactive business development. Approximately half of the role focuses on stewarding long-term municipal partnerships across Alberta, while the other half focuses on expanding E360S’s footprint through new B2B opportunities.

Success in this role requires someone who can build trusted relationships with municipal leaders and institutional partners while also maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline and identifying new avenues for growth.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex service agreements, public sector environments, and commercial sales opportunities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Municipal & Public Sector Account Management (Approx. 50%)

Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of municipal and public sector partners across Alberta.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting minimum quarterly relationship meetings with municipal partners to review service performance, operational needs, and future opportunities
  • Supporting municipalities with service issues, billing inquiries, operational coordination, and contract administration
  • Building strong relationships with municipal leadership and administrative teams
  • Monitoring contract terms, renewal timelines, extension options, and pricing structures
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services or increase program participation within existing contracts
  • Supporting community engagement initiatives and representing E360S in local markets
  • Acting as a liaison between municipal clients and internal operations, dispatch, and billing teams
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term contract retention

This portion of the role is critical to maintaining E360S’s reputation as a trusted municipal partner across Alberta.

Business Development & Market Share Growth (Approx. 50%)

Drive revenue growth in the Calgary market through targeted B2B sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new commercial opportunities across key verticals, including property management, construction, institutional, and industrial sectors
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and accurately tracking activity within the company CRM
  • Developing proposals and negotiating Customer Service Agreements (CSA’s) aligned with company pricing and service frameworks
  • Conducting site visits, presentations, and consultations with prospective clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design service solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Supporting regional growth strategies and increasing E360S market share in Southern Alberta
  • Following up, negotiating, and closing new service agreements

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured through:

  • Municipal partner retention and satisfaction
  • Consistent quarterly engagement with assigned accounts
  • Identification and execution of organic growth opportunities within existing contracts
  • Development and maintenance of a strong B2B sales pipeline
  • Achievement of regional revenue growth objectives
  • CRM compliance and consistent activity reporting

This role includes a car allowance, hybrid work schedule (office in SE Calgary), company paid benefits
