This is a non-union positionWe are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Commercial/Industrial Energy Conservation team. In this role, you will help design and implement programs that promote energy efficiency and sustainability. You’ll work independently and collaboratively to analyze data, improve processes, and ensure smooth program operations-all while making a positive impact on our customers and communities.
What you will do:
Support the design and execution of energy conservation programs, including annual planning and performance monitoring.
Work with the Research and Innovation Fund (RIF) group, to support the teams’ efforts in the identification, prioritization, and completion of market research and analysis to inform market planning, program development and implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights for program decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address inquiries and ensure effective program delivery.
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, contract management and PowerPoint Presentations.
Find opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies.
Contribute to special projects and ad hoc requests.
Ensure all duties related to managing the successful execution of the Commercial Savings by Design (CSBD) Program offer and Air Tight Testing (ATT) Programs offers:
Coordinate with Delivery Agents to organize training sessions and events, ensuring all reports and deliveries are prepared accurately, submitted on time, and remain within budget.
Support the Sales team by providing ongoing assistance to drive successful participation in program offers.
Collaborate with the Tracking & Reporting team to verify that all program results for both offers are reported correctly and incentives are paid out appropriately.
Engage with the Evaluation team to confirm program outcomes are precise and delivered on schedule, proactively addressing and mitigating any potential audit risks.
Partner with the Marketing team to develop and implement individual sponsorship deliverables and contribute to the execution of comprehensive marketing plans.
Forecast and track annual targets and budgets for all programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment for all program-related expenses.
Oversee delivery agent contracts to maintain compliance with Supply Chain Management (SCM) standards, including the management and monitoring of Purchase Orders for all related contracts
Who you are:
Related university degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field along with 2-4 years of experience in energy conservation, marketing, program design, or implementation. An additional 3 years of related experience is required in lieu of university degree.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
