  • Facilitation mapping of parallel systems at Labcorp to identify additional opportunities.
  • Identification of adjunct system/process implications and requirements i.e. regulatory and quality standards.
  • Engage and align stakeholders across multiple regions, driving readiness and ensuring a seamless transition to HR Workday.
  • Ensure alignment with global COE strategies, leveraging the implementation to standardize and enhance core processes.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to employees while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
  • Drive post-implementation stabilization, resolving issues, optimizing system performance, and fostering strong user adoption.
  • Plan for potential future phases, including the expansion of Workday functionality and integration of additional modules.
  • Partner with change management resource to develop clear communication strategies and training programs for all impacted teams and broader stakeholders.
  • Provide executive-level updates, working closely with senior leadership, our parent company, and executive sponsors to manage expectations and strategic alignment.
