Position Overview:
Deloitte Global’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (COE) is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional who combines deep technical expertise with good communication and presentation skills. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions, as well as showcasing and promoting these solutions to a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will serve as both a subject matter expert and a product ambassador, translating technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Solution Development:
- Lead the creation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., HRSD, AI/ML) for new and existing implementations.
- Develop and configure script objects (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs), notifications, service level agreements, and data models.
- Set up and support integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms using REST/SOAP Web Services and other integration technologies.
- Troubleshoot, perform unit/system/integration testing, and recommend best practices in ServiceNow administration and development.
- Document design, development, test cases, and implementation plans.
Product Showcasing & Evangelism:
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and training materials to highlight ServiceNow capabilities and value.
- Articulate clear business value propositions and ROI of ServiceNow solutions, tailored to various audiences.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, technical specs, and value statements.
Innovation & Process Improvement:
- Drive rapid prototyping and innovation, sharing new capabilities and demos with delivery teams.
- Monitor competitor offerings and identify opportunities to differentiate Deloitte’s ServiceNow solutions.
- Continuously improve product documentation, showcasing, and delivery processes for greater efficiency and impact.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience, including custom development and integration.
- 2-3 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience, with proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and agile environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow UI customization, Service Portal, and platform widgets.
- Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD or Certified Application Developer.
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
