In this role, you will drive high-quality talent outcomes by enabling Talent Leaders and Advisors to deliver against business priorities. You will take ownership of key talent processes, including year-end programs, promotions, performance management, and compensation, ensuring execution with rigor, consistency, and alignment to Culture & People priorities. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will lead workstreams end-to-end, translating business needs into actionable talent solutions. By applying a strategic, data-driven mindset, you will leverage analytics, digital tools, and GenAI to generate insights that strengthen decision-making and accelerate outcomes. You will play a critical role in advancing the effectiveness of talent programs-identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance adoption, and scale impact through standardization and continuous improvement. Through strong, trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, you will influence decisions, enable action, and contribute to a more consistent and high-performing talent experience. In doing so, you will strengthen your talent advisory capability while supporting complex employee matters and helping leaders navigate talent decisions with confidence.
The Talent Advisory team partners with the business to shape human capital and culture priorities in a dynamic talent landscape. Acting as trusted advisors, they work with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, support succession, and ensure critical talent and capabilities are in place. Grounded in strong business acumen and data-driven insights, the team informs talent and business strategies while influencing enterprise Culture & People priorities. They integrate talent, culture, and organizational levers to drive agility, performance, and resilience, with a focus on inclusion and continuous improvement, enabling leaders to build high-performing teams and deliver sustainable people outcomes.
You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated knowledge of all functions of Human Resources including performance management, talent reporting & analytics, compensation, policy and the ability to effectively leverage centers of expertise to meet business requirements
- Advanced proficiency Microsoft Excel skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills
- Advanced Digital fluency, including experience with workforce analytics and emerging tools (e.g., GenAI)
- Motivated, self-starter, independent, proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively in a highly complex, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to form strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Resiliency to handle shifting priorities and maintain demeanor in high intensity situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Relevant university degree and CHRP designation or equivalent knowledge/experience.
It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well:
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset
- HRIS experience would be an asset
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
