You will work with leading Banking & Capital Markets clients to solve complex business and transformation challenges across Retail, Commercial, Corporate Banking, and Treasury, supporting high‑impact initiatives from analysis through delivery.
You will:
- Support the delivery of consulting engagements focused on product, profitability, and operating model transformation
- Analyze and interpret key banking performance metrics, including profitability, Net Interest Margin (NIM), and product-level P&Ls
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders across Product, Finance, Operations, and Technology
- Contribute to the design and delivery of solutions across product management, product operations, business partnering, and transformation initiatives
- Translate business requirements into clear insights, deliverables, and executive-ready recommendations
- Support project delivery activities, including planning, tracking, issue management, and risk mitigation
- Contribute to Deloitte’s intellectual capital, assets, and Banking thought leadership
Manager Level
- Lead workstreams or discrete projects within larger transformation programs
- Manage client relationships at the workstream level, acting as a trusted advisor
- Coach and develop junior team members, providing day-to-day direction and feedback
- Support proposal development, business development activities, and firm initiatives
- Ensure high-quality delivery outcomes, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
You will join Deloitte’s Consulting practice within the Banking & Capital Markets team, a collaborative and multidisciplinary group focused on delivering product, profitability, and operating model transformation for financial institutions. The team brings together deep banking industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and hands-on transformation experience to help clients navigate complexity, improve performance, and deliver sustainable change. Team members work closely across functions and levels, sharing knowledge, building assets, and contributing to Deloitte’s broader Banking thought leadership.
You are a motivated and analytically strong professional with a solid banking foundation and experience supporting transformation initiatives in complex, stakeholder-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of banking products across Retail, Commercial, Corporate Banking, and/or Treasury
- Solid grasp of key banking performance metrics, including profitability, NIM, and product-level P&Ls
- Experience in product management, product operations, transformation delivery, or business partnering roles
- Comfortable working in project-based environments and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to translate financial and business concepts into practical, actionable insights
- Experience delivering initiatives within the Banking industry is an asset
- Prior exposure to consulting or transformation delivery environments preferred
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as JIRA is considered an asset
- Role aligned at the Senior Consultant or Manager level based on experience
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
