What will your typical day look like?

As the ElectrifiedGrid Global Ecosystems & Alliances Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partnership strategy to accelerate growth and market reach. You will have the opportunity to influence ElectrifiedGrid’s market position and growth trajectory by identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key partners, overseeing onboarding and activation, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maximize joint opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Strategy & Sourcing:

  • Define and refine alliance and partnership strategy aligned with Growth goals, market dynamics, and buyer personas
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners (e.g., GTM channel partners, tech providers) to support growth and product development
  • Map ecosystem white space and prioritize relationships based on potential and strategic alignment
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform partnership strategy

Partnership Development & Management:

  • Collaborate with Deloitte alliance leaders to:
    • Initiate and negotiate partnership agreements.
    • Lead partner onboarding and training to ensure understanding of joint value and opportunities
    • Maintain strong partner relationships and build scalable playbooks for each partner
    • Use customer feedback to improve partnership approach and product integration

Sales & Marketing Channel Enablement:

  • Collaborate with partners to extend sales and marketing channels
  • Develop strategies and incentives for partners to bundle / cross-sell ElectrifiedGrid with their own offerings to maximize joint value
  • Enable co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives (e.g., webinars, campaigns) with partners to reinforce joint value

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Integration:

  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize opportunities and support product integration
  • Advocate for product enhancements and integration with adjacent solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and partners for shared success

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Set up KPIs and dashboards to track partner performance and facilitate continuous improvement
  • Regularly assess partnership ROI and present strategic insights to leadership
About the team

ElectrifiedGrid is a SaaS electric infrastructure planning tool built by Deloitte and utility partners around the world that combines a digital twin of a power grid with geospatially-detailed technology adoption and load forecast modelling to assess the impacts of emerging electro-technology loads on electricity infrastructure.

ElectrifiedGrid has been successfully implemented by utilities globally and is actively helping utilities, governments, and regulators to understand geospatial demand changes, forecast new electro-technologies, conduct integrated system planning, and enhance rate case filings / investments.

The team is supported by Deloitte Nova, which specializes in productizing high-potential assets, and reports to Wonder, Deloitte Canada’s internal venture studio, as well as Deloitte’s Belgian member firm.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is/has:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of ecosystems and alliances or growth strategy experience in a large, multi-national organization
  • Proven experience developing and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing local and global growth strategies
  • Proven experience building effective working relationships with high-level internal stakeholders across multiple businesses, geographies and cultures
  • A highly collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and engage others while fostering relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to act as an innovator to drive change and implement new ways for working and thinking to improve current business practices/processes
  • Demonstrated record of high-business impact, strong negotiation skills, and sound diplomatic skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Some travel may be required
  • CRM software experience is an asset
  • Utilities sector knowledge is an asset
  • Demonstrated record of high-business impact, strong negotiation skills, and sound diplomatic skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
  • CRM software experience is an asset
  • Utilities sector knowledge is an asset
Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
