Do you want to work with multiple stakeholders and lead others in teams? We have an opportunity for you!
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, People Technology, Talent Acquisition, and other business units to understand needs, define requirements, and support talent‑related initiatives.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of talent data (e.g., workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, and all stages of the employee lifecycle) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for talent initiatives and system enhancements.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to elicit, validate, and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and employee lifecycle considerations.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to produce meaningful insights and data‑driven recommendations that inform talent strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring successful system design, configuration, and implementation.
- Support design, testing, and user acceptance activities for talent systems and tools, ensuring solutions meet end‑user needs and business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs and system enhancements; track KPIs and deliver clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends, HR technology evolutions, and talent management best practices, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve processes and systems.

We design and deliver modern technology capabilities that elevate the employee experience, streamline Talent processes, and ensure our systems evolve with the needs of the business. Alongside building new tools, we also provide ongoing support and enhancement for existing Talent platforms, ensuring they remain reliable, integrated, and optimized.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably focused on HR or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold experience.
- Deep understanding of talent management processes (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement) across the full employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence/data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience preparing business requirements, designing process flows, and developing functional documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have: - Preferred SAP SuccessFactors module certification (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, or Employee Central).

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
