ABOUT VALET WIRELESS
Cell phones are a company’s most important tool for its staff. VALET makes cellular hands-off and worry-free for medium-large businesses. We provide wireless lifecycle services that reduce administration and costs. We deliver an Amazon-like end-user experience, making it a pleasure to receive a new phone. Our repair capability extends the life of cell phones to maximize our partners’ return on investment.
VALET switches cellular contracts between carriers, taking the burden off our clients. We eliminate bill surprises through real-time usage, roaming monitoring, and expense management. To ensure cellular service doesn’t stop, we provide next-day device exchange & repair across Canada. To keep technology current, VALET refreshes devices, securely wiping old smartphones before they gain a second life.

How you’ll make a huge impact here - and in your career:
- Direct customer contact that builds confidence in our ability to satisfy their needs
- Lead meetings to help customers get the very most from their cellular fleet
- Provide support to the customer - responding to service, billing and technical queries
- Ensure orders are expertly expedited
- Liaise with customer administrative, technical and operations departments to provide smooth order flow and successful resolution of customer demands
- Resolve order-related problems using tenacity, persistence and tact
- Develop knowledge of new technology and VALET’s solutions
- Supply quotes to the customer in a timely and effective manner
- Propose solutions and ideas that simplify partners’ cellular environment
- Utilize your network and social media presence to establish yourself as a leader in how to simplify cellular service delivery and optimize spend
- Collaborate with the VALET team to deliver services that make our customers say WOW
Skills and qualifications you bring
- Knowledge of cell phones and carrier plans
- Exceptional email communications skills
- Knowledge of carrier activation procedures (extra points for Rogers experience)
- Attention to detail and ability to connect with customers to truly understand their needs
- Experience with enterprise and mid-market customers
- Energetic, professional, dedicated and positivity
- Comfortable with taking leadership to act and resolve customer problems
- Leadership profile to command the respect of staff, partners, and customers
- Social media acumen in connecting to the business community
