The role of Director, System Transformation is an exciting and unique career opportunity. Reporting to the SVP Public Affairs, Partnerships and Chief Strategy Officer, and working closely with the leadership at the Centre of Excellence on Mental Health and Addictions (COE) at Ontario Health, the successful candidate will foster a strong primary partnership with the COE and work with key stakeholders across CAMH and the mental health system. This new role is a unique opportunity to contribute to implementation of provincial programs improving access to mental health care and supports across Ontario.

The Director will lead a team of professional staff responsible for delivering a suite of products and services in support of the mental health system, aligned with the COE’s strategic goals and the CAMH strategic plan. The Director needs to be highly collaborative, working across CAMH, collaborating with COE leadership, and engaging across the sector with key stakeholders. This position supports the development, implementation and evaluation of products and services, across the system. The work will bring evidence to bear, including equity and focused on data-driven approaches. Together with the COE, this is a unique opportunity to drive and influence change in system planning and development. The team will stay abreast of policy trends and synthesize evidence to support mental health policies and programs. You will oversee the financial agreement supporting the delivery of services, monitoring and measuring financial performance and managing risk as well as recruit, train and support the development of program staff. The Director will foster a strong working relationship between CAMH and the COE. The Director will be able to communicate program goals and outcomes and provide clear communications to all stakeholders. This position is located at 250 College Street.
