As Canada’s largest mental health care provider, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health provides evidence to drive system and policy change through the implementation of innovations and novel service delivery interventions. The Research Operations, Services and Support (ROSS) Office is a central group within CAMH Research that provides administrative support to ensure that all research activities carried out at CAMH or CAMH personnel comply with funder, government, and institutional policies and regulations.

The ROSS Office is seeking a full-time, contract (1-year) Administrative Assistant reporting to the Director, Grants, Philanthropic Awards and Contracts. This role will be an integral member of the ROSS team and will support the administrative directors and management within ROSS and work closely with scientists and research staff. The role will be primarily responsible for the management of ROSS director calendars, coordination of ROSS initiatives, processes or research institute events, back-up responsibilities for other ROSS assistants, and to support ROSS directors in their day-to-day tasks. The successful candidate will support a workplace which embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be required to provide assistance on a wide range of confidential organizational, and program related projects and issues.
