Are you looking for an exciting Internship opportunity full of meaningful, diverse, and challenging assignments working alongside industry leading professionals? You will be part of a driven, and collaborative team completing important projects while receiving the mentorship, knowledge, and experience to develop the skills you need to build an exciting career.

This student position is part of our Workplace Team, supporting the programs and services that keep our corporate offices operating effectively. The student will gain hands-on experience across a variety of Workplace functions, with a strong focus on supply chain support for our ‑contract-based‑ service areas. They will learn best practices in service delivery, vendor coordination, contract management, operational planning, and workplace experience programs. The student will work directly with the Team Lead, Workplace Operations, and collaborate with teams across the Workplace portfolio throughout their term.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Workplace team with supply chain activities, including coordinating service needs, reviewing vendor performance, and assisting with contract-related‑ tasks

  • Gather and organize information for Workplace service areas such as catering, courier, mail, print services, switchboard, furniture services, and coffee and water programs

  • Work with vendors and key stakeholders to review service data, evaluate performance, and support day-to-day service delivery, helping inform future sourcing and contract planning efforts

  • Collaborate with internal Workplace teams to assist with continuous improvement, operational planning, and upcoming contract requirements

  • Support digital and process updates, including maintaining program files, organizing data, and contributing to tools used to manage Workplace service programs

Who you are

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)

  • Available to begin work in May 2026

  • Campus Recruiter to populate up to 4 additional qualifications based on skills/competencies if required (can be technical or soft skill specific to the role)

Education

  • Must be enrolled in an Undergraduate Program related to Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Workplace/Office Administration, or another relevant discipline at an accredited post‑secondary institution at the time of the intended work term, and returning to full‑time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post‑secondary co‑op or internship program for the duration of the work term

  • Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered

  • New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.

  • Student programs populates any additional educational requirements
