About the job you’re considering

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will define project objectives, develop detailed plans, manage resources, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your role is critical in driving project success through effective communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Your role
  • Defining project scope, goals, and objectives, creating detailed project plans, and establishing timelines and resource allocation.
  • Managing human and material resources, including hiring, scheduling, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and materials.
  • Communicating with and managing the expectations of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact the project.
  • Tracking project progress, monitoring budgets and schedules, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensuring that the project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and requirements.
  • Ensuring all project activities are completed, deliverables are handed over, and lessons learned are documented. 
Your skills and experience
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment with minimum 15+ years’ Project Management experience.
  • Must have deep technical understanding of telco networks, Wireline, Wireless technologies.
  • Must have deep understanding of IP network (Switching & Routing).
  • Must understand operations-based functions especially related to NOC, Data center services.
  • Must have strong vendor management abilities to negotiate project terms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and unexpected challenges.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address project issues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Basic understanding of relevant technologies or tools used in project execution.
  • Proficiency in risk management and mitigation planning.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial oversight of projects.
  • Competence in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $101,300 - $202,380 / year. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
