Job Description

Atlassian Jira, Agile methodology, business analysis.

Agile Environments, Agile Methodology, Agile Projects, Agile Scrum Development Application Programming Interface API Business Analysis Business Data Analysis Business Processes Business Process Modelling Business Systems Collaboration Create User Stories Critical Thinking Facilitation Figma Group Problem Solving Interpersonal Communication Leadership Portfolio Management Prioritization User Experience UX User Experience UX Design Wealth Management.

Must have:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sr BSA, BA
Proven Sr BA, BSA experience with medium to larger Agile projects integrated with downstream and upstream applications and processes
Possesses excellent communication skills demonstrates strong critical thinking abilities with a proactive approach to inquiry ensuring the ability to pose insightful questions
Familiarity with Agile concepts and is well versed with writing User Stories
Pertinent technically skills to be able to query databases Oracle execute APIs in tools like Postman, Swagger effectively use tools like Jira Confluence Mural Figma etc
Financial industry Wealth Management Portfolio Management Client Reporting exposure

Nice to have:
Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
Excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
Strong leadership skills with the ability to define influence and impact the technical direction
Ability to read and understand code logic OOP control structures etc
