THE ROLEPlan and coordinate resources for B/W/U Personnel Support Programs (PSP).
Act as the Distribution Account (DA) holder for all PSP Non-Public Property (NPP) and Public items.
Coordinate the purchase of and payment of all NPP and public goods and services for B/W/U PSP.
Prepare PSP public and NPF monthly financial reports.
Coordinate all Miscellaneous Requirements (MR) submissions for B/W/U PSP.
Coordinate the rental of facilities for B/W/U programs and services (Fitness, Sports and Recreation and others).
Prepare reports and briefings.
Prepare responses to enquiries and other correspondence, and make recommendations for action.
Prepare and submit consolidated IT requirements for the B/W/U PSP section.
Coordinate travel requirements for B/W/U PSP.
Coordinate the marketing and sponsorship of B/W/U NPP activities as appropriate.
Authorize, monitor, record and document financial transactions/commitments within an approved budget.
Assist with the coordination of special events.
Promote PSP activities.
Apply NPF policies, procedures, regulations, and applicable legislation.
Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Program and may act as a member of a local NPF Committee.
There may be other duties assigned to this role, however, they will require similar skills, effort, responsibilities and working conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Financial Management, Business Administration, Sports Administration, Recreation Management, Leisure Services, or a related field AND some years of experience in sports and recreation administration or in a related field
OR
High School diploma AND several years of experience in sports and recreation administration or in a related field

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
