SISIP Financial services are available to Canadian Armed Forces Members both virtually and in-person. We have 23 offices located in CAF communities across Canada. Our national office is located in Ottawa.

THE ROLE

The SISIP Program Manager, Marketing & Sales Enablement is responsible for marketing and sales initiatives, in collaboration with internal marketing and advisory teams, from inception to implementation. They will develop, plan and manage marketing and engagement strategies based on customer insights, segmentation models and environment trends, geared towards increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, acquisition and retention.

The successful candidate has experience in marketing and/or sales support in a wealth management or financial institution. They excel at collaborating with sales/advisory teams, presenting concepts in a compelling manner, and coordinating marketing and sales activities to optimize lead generation and conversion results. Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Insights / Marketing modules and financial education delivery are an asset. With a focus on customer experience, they will gather insights and feedback to continuously improve content, resources and processes. Analysis of marketing and sales performance will also guide identification of areas for improvement and additional targeted solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Certifications and Licenses

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline AND some years of experience in financial services and project management, or a related field

In planning, designing/developing, managing, coordinating and evaluating financial services programs/activities

In conducting research and analysis

In providing advice and guidance

In planning, developing and/or conducting communications and presentations

In developing, interpreting and evaluating policies, guidelines and procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research, evaluate, amend and/or recommend tools, processes and/or systems to support financial services programs, projects and activities.

Interpret, monitor and participate in the development, application and implementation of policies and procedures.

Liaise and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including but not limited to: consultants, government departments, service providers and agencies.

Develop, prepare, manage and/or implement briefing notes, position papers, reports, presentations, communications, training or other materials/documentation.

Conduct research, surveys, audits and/or analysis of programs, compile and analyze data, and develop solutions or make recommendations.

Develop, maintain and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.

Relocation benefits will not be provided.

Salary plus Employee Incentive Plan.
