SISIP FINANCIAL

THE ROLE

As the Project Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support on learning suggestive initiative, monitor priorities and initiatives, and generate reports to identify gaps, track progress, and offer recommendations.

You will also assist in planning and executing communication efforts for product and program rollouts, changes, and updates. The Project Coordinator will conduct analysis and assessments to address inquiries, issues, and escalations. Additionally, you will liaise and coordinate with vendors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), management, committees and other internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of programs, projects and/or events.

In addition, you will contribute to design-related discussions by sharing opinions and providing feedback on proposed designs. This includes offering suggestions to improve usability, alignment with project objectives, and overall user experience. You will help articulate design choices to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of how these decisions support project goals.

The successful candidate has experience in learning initiatives, project coordination, and project management. Experience in the financial sector and with CRM platforms is an asset. They excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Experience in change management and the financial industry are considered additional assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Certifications and Licenses

Bachelor's degree in a related field AND some years of experience in administration or a related field

In organizing and administering programs and projects
In preparing reports, correspondence and other communications
In administrative functions and activities
In planning, developing and conducting presentations, seminars, meetings, events, and/or conferences
In budget development and administration
In applying policies, procedures, regulations and relevant legislation

RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise and coordinate with vendors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), management, committees and other internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of programs, projects and/or events.

Utilize systems, tools, and technology to produce, verify, and manage information.

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.

Salary plus Employee Performance Plan.

$77,120 - $90,780 (as of 1 April 2026)
