THE ROLEThe Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to both the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Informatics Officer, ensuring smooth operations for the Human Resources and Information Services divisions. This role is responsible for managing busy calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, and handling confidential correspondence and inquiries. The Executive Assistant also oversees the acquisition of divisional supplies and services and organizes conferences and managing facility/office space. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting leadership, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field AND some years of experience in office administration, or a related field

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
