THE ROLEThe Database Administrator and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Specialist is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration and reliability of the organization’s CRM platform and supporting databases. The role ensures that client and business data is accurate, secure, and accessible to support operations, reporting, and informed decision‑making. As the subject‑matter expert for CRM data and processes, the incumbent supports users, resolves data quality issues, and works with internal teams and external partners to maintain stable and effective system performance.
The position plays a critical role in enabling business insights by managing data imports, integrations, and reporting outputs, while also contributing to system enhancements, documentation, and user training. Working at the intersection of business operations, data governance, information management, and technology, the Database Administrator and CRM Specialist helps ensure that CRM tools are trusted, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Certifications and Licenses
A demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. This includes but is not limited to demonstrated military education, training or experience.

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIESPlan the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the CRM database system.
Create and provide CRM financial planning forecasting, work planners, sales trend dashboards on current and historical data for strategic business planning purposes to senior management.
Coordinate with project stakeholders on the design solution components and interfaces to ensure data accuracy of the data integration from external systems with CRM application, and that business needs are met.
Develop, analyze and create reports on individual and organizational results for Senior Management.
Plan CRM application upgrades and releases from project initiation through to testing, implementation and training, report on issues and ensure they are addressed.
Manage the SISIP Financial Client Relationship Management (CRM) system onboarding and continuous enhancement.

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
Salary plus Employee Performance Plan.
