THE ROLEUnder the supervision of the Arena Superintendent, the Maintenance/Cleaner picks up debris and empty trash containers. Replace garbage bags. Implement and apply maintenance and cleaning schedules. Advise supervisor of any damages or need for repairs. Perform general repairs. Perform grounds maintenance. Cut grass and trim bushes and hedges.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
- High school diploma AND some years experience in a related field
Experience
- In providing cleaning services
- In performing maintenance jobs and repairs an asset
