THE ROLE

The Administrative Assistant - Fitness, Sports assists with the organization of administration support for the Fitness, Sports and Recreation (FS&R) facility. You key in, edit, proofread and finalize correspondence, reports, statements, invoices, forms, presentations or other documents. You provide reception services and general information to clients. The Administrative Assistant - Fitness, Sports and receive, secure, and deposit cash. You perform bookkeeping tasks such as preparing and tracking invoices, bank deposits, and processes public accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

High school diploma AND some experience or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.

Experience

In office administration
In bookkeeping
In scheduling and making travel arrangements
In the preparation of reports
In providing customer service

Competencies

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual (English and French) Essential

Reading: Functional

Writing: Functional
