Your Opportunity
Our National Office in Toronto is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Specialist, Leadership Development to join the Talent & Culture team. This is a new role that will support the delivery of high-impact programs designed to build leadership capability across the firm.
Project Management and Program support
- Our team designs and delivers programs that elevate key skills, behaviors, and mindsets of leaders across the firm. The person in this role will work closely with each Program Manager to plan and execute these programs.
- Support the coordination of project timelines, milestones and communication plans and ensure timely execution of deliverables; own the project tracking, flag risks, delays, etc.
- Support the development and delivery of communications (to participants, key stakeholders, etc.) and materials for participants and facilitators; support as “producer” for virtual sessions. Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for in-person events to ensure a smooth and professional participant experience.
- Conduct lessons learned for continuous improvement, track and measure KPI (see Data Management and Reporting, below).
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
- Our programs involve diverse internal and external stakeholder groups. The person in this role will support communication and coordination with key partners.
- Communicate with and actively support program participants, facilitators and other stakeholders.
- Serve as liaison with internal Centres of Excellence (e.g., HRA’s, translation team, data team) in coordination with Program Managers.
- Support interaction with external vendors.
Process and Quality Assurance & Optimization
- We value attention to detail, accuracy, and continuous improvement. The person in this role will play a key part in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our processes and deliverables.
- Review and update templates, materials, reports, and folders for accuracy, and manage document access control.
- Recommend improvements to processes and materials (e.g., 360 assessment reports, presentations).
Data Management and Reporting
- Our team relies on well-organized, accurate data to measure impact and inform decision-making. This role will support the data tracking, analysis, and reporting of data across platforms including Power BI, SuccessFinder, Workday, and Excel.
- Analyze pulse survey and assessment data for measurement and reporting purposes.
- Track and report on participant data and completion status in Excel and Workday.
- Review and manage updates to the SuccessFinder Dashboard.
- Maintain and update the Leadership Development Power BI Dashboard.
- Assist with the preparation of impact reports that include analytical insights.

Your experience and education
We recognize that great candidates may bring different and diverse experience and capabilities. The following qualifications will set you up for success in this role:
Experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or Professional Services environments
- 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience supporting or coordinating learning programs, projects, or initiatives.
Demonstrated project coordination skills
- Skilled in organizing timelines, tracking deliverables, and managing risks.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, communicates clearly.
- Brings a proactive mindset and works effectively with minimal supervision.
- Exposure to working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Attention to detail and process optimization
- Strong focus on accuracy across templates, communications, and reports.
- Continuously seeks ways to improve the quality and efficiency of work.
- Applies a structured, process-minded approach to content and documentation.
Comfort with data and digital tools
- Proficient in Excel with experience using dashboards such as Power BI, and Workday.
- Comfortable working with data to support reporting and insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Builds trust through clear communication as well as responsiveness and follow-through.
- Tailors communications to suit different audiences and contexts.
- Collaborates well within a high-performing team and is open to feedback and learning.
Other relevant experience and education
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, Communications).
- Familiarity working with vendors and vendor-provided tools is an asset (e.g. behavior or 360 assessment vendors, etc.)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner).
- Interest in or experience applying DEI and future-of-work principles in L&D.
The expected range of compensation for this role is $60,000 to $92,000 annually
