What the day will look like
As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating daily operations and supporting your team, while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the technician team (scheduling, prioritization, task assignment, workflow management)
- Plan and adjust schedules based on volumes and manage absences
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Monitor performance measurements (timeliness, quality, volume) and recommend corrective actions
- Handle calls that have been brought up to a higher level and complex or sensitive cases
- Support the team on complex pension-related matters
- Conduct quality reviews (calculations, communications, documentation)
- Lead team meetings and coordinate with internal collaborators (consulting, operations, IT, etc.)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Proven experience in pension administration
- Experience in a client service environment, including handling calls and customer concerns
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to coordinate a team and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in operations and in coaching others and optimizing their work
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- French / English bilingualism is required due to the frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to support and develop team members
