Key Duties:
- Prepare correspondence, bulletins, and operational records.
- Manage locker requests, office supplies, and punch cards for new hires and transfers.
- Support onboarding and internal transfers, including Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) status changes and coordination of service anniversaries.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions and onboarding classes.
- Maintain and update staff schedules, including tracking anomalies.
- Liaise with Ground Support Operation Coordinator (GSOC) for AME HID cards and assist with basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Respond to employee pay-related inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Process pay adjustments, ensuring alignment with company policies, collective agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and managing priorities independently.
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality to support team success in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingualism (French & English), required;
- High School diploma required;
- Minimum 1 years administrative experience;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as formatting and proofreading skills;
Proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar; - Aptitude for accuracy and detail;
- Proficiency in mathematics.
- Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC), an asset;
- This role may involve taking minutes, performing physical tasks like lifting or climbing, or working variable shifts.
