In this role, you will be responsible for creating and driving an innovative strategy for our learning solutions that enable your business stakeholders to reach their business goals. Incorporating innovative strategy for our learning solutions leveraging agile approaches, industry research and end-user feedback.

Daily, you will create and execute on strategy, build relationships with stakeholders, and engage with strategic partners in Enterprise Learning and the business unit. Collaborating closely with global peers and team members to effectively deploy strategic learning solutions that address needs across multiple domains and business lines. You will do this all to the highest standards with an eye on appealing to global, multi-generational talent and modern learners in close partnership with the business.

Integrity, resilience, positivity, and agility are must-haves in this role. Integral to this is the responsibility to provide input in the instructional design process, identify and incorporate delivery innovations, seek out and incorporate feedback and provide robust thought leadership. To thrive in the role, you have 10+ years of experience in learning development and successful implementation of learning solution strategies. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and cultivate relationships with business partners and key stakeholders. Anticipate business needs and influence adoption of effective solutions to achieve business goals and strategic objectives.
• Coach senior and mid-level leaders and provide them recommendations for actions to improve organizational performance.
• Demonstrate business knowledge, exhibit skills for agility, and act as an adaptable, flexible resource.
• Consults and communicates with senior business leaders on existing or forecasted learning and performance gaps, bringing in industry and “outside-in” best practice expertise to ensure business needs are met.
• Offer insight into role specific training plans new hire and continuous) and ensure adoption of global standards. Identify and define success measures for interventions.
• Propose effective learning interventions to enhance associates' performance and business results in line with business unit strategies and goals.
• Identify and recommend other interventions needed to enhance associate performance such as role clarification and process standardization.
• Gather and analyze data, reports findings and communicate suggested actions on a continuous basis.
• Solicit management feedback and coaching on performance improvement strategies. Assume responsibility for ensuring identified needs are fulfilled and desired impact is achieved or transition this responsibility to appropriate group s) e.g. Information Development Services, Global Talent - Learning, Sales Learning).
• Provide a single point of continuity for business partners. Communicate Business Unit's needs and ensure that Enterprise Learning strategies, goals and priorities are in alignment.
• Regularly update Business Units on learning opportunities and services available through Enterprise Learning, Global Talent - Learning, Sales Learning and other ADP organizations.
• Partner with BU Shared Support Teams to tailor global and learning initiatives to the unique needs of each BU.
Promote relevant learning offerings and drive adoption and impact. Anticipate the need for and utilize change management principles to drive effective change management for the business.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience.
• 10+ years of experience in leading human performance strategy.
• 5+ years of experience in training delivery and curriculum development/design.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
• Experience in organizational development, organizational readiness and performance improvement.
• Business administration and organizational development preferred.
• Experience influencing Senior and Executive Stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Education in cognition, adult learning, instructional design and delivery theories and processes. Human Performance Improvement certification a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate the learning teams directly and to use indirect reporting staff to accomplish learning objectives.
• Excellent oral and written communication, project management, facilitation and presentation skills required.
• Experience with adult learning theories, conducting needs analysis, design and development, and the development of customized learning plan and solutions.
• Proven proficiency in prioritizing demand for learning and building capacity to meet the needs.
• Strong executor and ability to work in a changing fast paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering world-class service and satisfaction to all clients - internal, external, diverse and emerging.
