You are:

As an SAP Retail Subject Matter Expert with deep industry and S/4 experience, you bring the influence, insight, and confidence to steer teams toward smart, future‑ready decisions rooted in SAP retail best practices. You thrive on solving complex, cross‑team challenges and turning them into streamlined, high‑value outcomes. The work:

  • Design, develop, and implement SAP S/4 retail solutions that leverage industry best practices, ensuring alignment with current and future business requirements.

  • Maintain deep end-to-end understanding of the retail lifecycle, including point of sale, settlement, and CAR.

  • Apply SAP retail best practices and clearly articulate the impacts of deviations from the standard design.

  • Partner with Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, and Functional Leads to ensure effective cross-process integration.

  • Support testing, data conversion, and business simulation activities across assigned scope areas.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.

  • Grocery and/or related industry experience is a must

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Retail.

  • 7 + years of experience in SAP for Retail POS Data Transfer & Audit.

  • 8+ years of experience in relevant related skills.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus if you have:

  • Expert proficiency in SAP for Retail Finance & Controlling (FICO).

  • Expert proficiency in SAP for Retail Core Merchandising & Master Data.

  • Expert proficiency in SAP for Retail Store Operations.

  • Expert proficiency in SAP for Retail Sourcing & Buying.

  • Mandarin fluency is a bonus

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
