You are:
The SAP Quality Management (QM) Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing SAP QM solutions to support quality processes across the project team. This resource will work closely with the business to gather requirements, configure the SAP QM module and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of the QM solution, including planning and execution to deliver impactful business solutions
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address business challenges through innovative SAP solutions
- Define strategic objectives and establish actionable plans to achieve near-term and long-term goals
- Engage with leadership at both client organizations and Accenture, effectively negotiating and communicating on critical business matters
- Exercise sound judgment to navigate complex assignments and provide strategic direction
- Lead and manage large-scale teams and projects, ensuring product quality and meet regulatory standards across materials, production, and deliveries
- Oversee the development of comprehensive reports and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.
- Analyze and review functional business requirements, processes, workflows, and diagrams to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Provide functional and solution support for SAP QM, covering incoming inspection, in-process inspection, outbound inspection, quality notifications, and audit management.
- Drive hands-on configuration, design validation, and issue resolution in SAP QM, ensuring solution feasibility and adherence to SAP best practices.
- Ensure tight integration of SAP QM with PP, MM, SD, and WM/EWM, supporting end-to-end quality processes across procurement, production, and delivery.
- Support testing execution (SIT/UAT), cutover activities, and go-live readiness, ensuring quality processes are production-ready and compliant.
- Guide teams on quality data, inspection planning, defect recording, and compliance reporting, ensuring audit readiness.
- Mentor junior consultants and QM team members, contributing to team capability building and delivery quality.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of SAP QM experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Production Planning (PP) and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Hands-on experience across multiple SAP QM implementation phases, including design, build, test, and deploy.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain quality processes, and their enablement within SAP.
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- S/4 HANA experience
- Inspection Plans for Suppliers and Customers experience
- Incoming Inspection (PO and Vendor Returns) experience
- Outbound Inspection (SO and Customer Returns) experience
- Integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) systems experience
- Document Management Systems experience
- Experience with Quality’s SAP Best Practice
- Experience supporting global or multi-plant SAP QM deployments.
- Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven manufacturing environments would be advantage.
- Eligibility for Secret Security Clearance
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

British Columbia/Ontario $99,450 to $209,900
