You are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detail oriented person with verbal skills to have discussions with technical teams, Business teams and other supporting 3rd party Vendors.
- Must have ability to speak and articulate solutions and issues such that each team understands impacts to their area. Must have ability to manage offshore team and give guidance and direction on priorities.
- Lead the implementation of SAP CAR/POS solutions across various products industries, ensuring alignment with leading practices and client objectives.
- Analyze, design, and develop best practice business changes to optimize CAR/POS processes.
- Knowledge of the CAR task processing framework and know how to manage tasks in the workbench
- Have full understanding of business processes associated with the Sale of goods from POS to CAR
- Have Full understanding of Business processes for outbound processing of aggregated data to BW and S/4
- Provide advisory services to IT functions, supporting high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of inbound processing to CAR full understanding of integration API
- Knowledge of Pre-badi Processing on the inbound Que
- Configuration experience in the CAR for task, and other transaction processing criteria flowing to workbench
- Knowledge and configuration experience in management of Aggregation logic
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
- Retrieve and analyze daily sales reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Work with the POS IT Support Team to investigate system issues and recover missing sales.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies that could indicate system errors
- Support sales and pre-sales activities by showcasing expertise in SAP solutions and Retail processes.
- Translate medium to large-sized and/or complex client requirements into tailored technology solutions, leveraging Accenture's full suite of capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.

10+ years of SAP Retail experience, with deep hands-on and leadership experience in SAP CAR/POS solutions.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading large-scale, global SAP Retail implementations.

Proven ability to articulate SAP solutions to clients effectively.

Expertise in designing and implementing best practice business changes for procurement processes.

Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes, strengthen financial controls, and reduce financial risks.

Facilitate client enablement in the Sales audit processes and guild them in day-to-day activities
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

British Columbia/Ontario $131,700 to $278,100
