The Work:

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, Fiori Launchpad, SAC, Solution Manager, BTP, Cloud Connector, HANADB, Data Provisioning, etc.
• SAP System Administration - Managing installations, configuration, SSO, SAP GUI, certificates, performance turning, SAP HANA Database Administration, table reorganizations and maintenance of SAP systems.
• SAP Upgrade & Migration - Experience with system upgrades and migrations including project planning and collaborations.
• Collaborate with users to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues per service level agreements and operational level agreements.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to ensure transparent communication for scheduled and unscheduled SAP activities.
• Given the nature of the system administration role, this position necessitates occasional availability outside of standard business hours, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week
