As a Product Owner within Accenture Song, you’ll bring a keen desire to positively impact the humans around you, collaborate and deliver products by connecting your skills and know-how of diverse teams and design tools. You’ll lead with creativity, technical feasibility, and strategic collaboration to bring a vision to life, setting your team on the path to success and delivering lasting value to our clients.
The work:
You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and policies into well-defined, buildable features, while keeping delivery grounded in real user and business needs.
- Ensures customer and stakeholder value is delivered by the product team through clear feature alignment to benefit hypotheses / value.
- Craft a compelling quantitative business case that ties business impact delivered by product to prioritized features.
- Understand a client’s business strategy and industry and the ability to craft product recommendations to deliver against business objectives.
- Ability to engage with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, surface dependencies, and support effective delivery.
- Ownership mentality - demonstrating a clear accountability for building products that make customers feel job, delight, and trust and passion for the product craft and practice.
- Write and maintain detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and workflows. Document decisions, assumptions, and constraints to maintain traceability and transparency.
- Ability to manage senior executive clients and ensure delivery of key project deliverables.
- Ability to generate and curate long-term client relationships and build long-term client programs.
- Strategic product thinker - ability to identify new opportunities in changing technical and market landscape.
- Enables continuous communication and manages client, customer, and other stakeholder feedback by synthesizing and integrating it in the product roadmap.
- Ability to influence with cross-functional collaboration skills and senior level audiences to gain buy-in and support to progress product development.
- Sufficient understanding of technology strategy to support in communication to non-technical and senior audiences at a level that is digestible and understandable.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Able to operate in evolving problem spaces and take initiative to help turn unclear requirements into actionable next steps.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Minimum 3 years of management and delivery experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with proven ability to create, manage, and deliver a successful Product Roadmap.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
- Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance Status.
Bonus points if:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
- Experience with client-facing responsibility or accountability for product delivery.
- Experience with people leadership, coaching, and training.
- Analytical and strategic decision-making coupled with product planning and prioritization.
- Solid understanding of product team roles and responsibilities within a full-scale product team.
- Extensive knowledge of product delivery models from inception to execution.
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset that keeps the end user at the heart of product creation.
- Ability to partner with clients to set goals and measures of success for product teams.
- Conflict management skills within planning and prioritization processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Rally, and Version One for tracking project scope.
- Comfort in creating content from scratch to tell the product story.
- Experience in SAFe, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban methodologies.
- Certification in Agile (POPM, APM, CSPO).
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role Location Annual Salary Range
British Columbia/Ontario $69,450 to $119,450
