Description
The Role:
As a MLOps and AI Architect, you’ll lead the design and implementation of MLOps framework for a large, high-impact program. You will work in a collaborative environment, interacting with business stakeholders to understand their needs, and with data engineers to shape the MLOps pipelines and associated user stories.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
Experience in designing and developing data solutions.
The Work:
Take ownership of the design of a robust, scalable, and efficient MLOps framework, coordinating and collaborating with business stakeholders on business needs
Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable features, user stories, and model pipelines
MLOps Framework Implementation, collaborate with data engineers to implement the MLOps Framework as a foundation for the safe, scalable use of ML and AI for the program, which may include:
Define ML-ready datasets
Stand up sandbox environments with test data
Pilot ML models
Define governance for model approval, explainability, and audio
Documentation (playbook + governance framework)
Apply the MLOps framework to provide strategic insights for prioritized use cases
Address and resolve technical incidents, troubleshooting the application of the MLOps pipelines
Develop and maintain documentation on the platform including runbooks, SLAs, and governance framework
Advocate and implement MLOps best practices
Here’s what you need:

Minimum 5 years' experience applying AI/ML knowledge (SageMaker, Databricks, or equivalent), with a deep understanding of MLOps principles, tools, and frameworks.

Minimum 3 years of work experience in software development, with a significant portion focused on AI powered application development.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Machine Learning, including deep learning concepts and algorithms

Minimum 2 years' experience in creating and optimizing data models and database schemas.

Minimum 2 years' experience integrating data from diverse sources and managing ETL workflows.

Minimum 2 years' experience in cloud platforms, big data frameworks, and ensuring data governance and security in cloud environments is essential.

Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

Must have eligibility for reliability security clearance

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if you have:

Graduate degree in Computer Science e.g., Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering and Physics

Certifications from a cloud service provider in Cloud Architecture, Engineering or DevOps

MLOps Specific Certification (i.e. Databricks, TensorFlow, Kubeflow, etc.)

Drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role Location Annual Salary Range
British Columbia/Ontario $90,850 to $140,850
