Job Description
  • (Internal Title: Project Administration II)
    • Preparing a wide range of confidential and general documentation, including correspondence, letters, memoranda, and reports for the CSM and field staff.
    • Drafting and maintaining key construction documents
    • Compiling and verifying information, formatting documents, and proof-reading for accuracy, grammar, and consistency in accordance with departmental procedures.
    • Tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence with contractors and other stakeholders.
    • Managing document control processes, including creating and maintaining contract files and ensuring proper filing of documentation.
    • Performing general administrative duties such as word processing, maintaining spreadsheets, and updating database records.
    • Supporting site operations through organized record-keeping and timely administrative assistance
    • Maintain complete records and logs of materials, equipment, deliveries, construction progress, and labor used, especially with claims or disputes (potential or actual)
    • Escalate any unsafe practices to the Health and Safety Manager
    • Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports
    • Participate in communication with internal and external stakeholders to support project construction activities
    • Contribute to the administration of construction documents and correspondences
    • Liaise with management and other team members on the development of required project documents through the various project phases
    • Coordinate the development of constructability reviews and reports
    • Complete any tasks assigned by Construction Management II or higher in an efficient and timely manner

Qualification
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in office administration.
  • Registered for and seeking a recognized certification in the area of specialty

  • Experience in a construction or project-based environment is considered an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with site staff and contractors.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn other Construction-related software on the job
  • Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
  • Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
  • Equipped to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
