You Are:

A talented application PolicyCenter Technical Lead with deep knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter application solutions. You’re skilled in all aspects of Guidewire implementation, from design and configuration to customization and support after the solution goes live. You enjoy working with people with all different skill sets, and you have a flair for negotiating and gaining consensus in a fast-paced environment. You have plenty-you’re a master at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Planning and strategizing come easily to you, and you have a take-charge approach to seeing tasks through to completion.

The Work:

• Partner with Guidewire on-site consultants and client business teams to understand business objectives and integration requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to design and document automation solutions that align with the business needs and are consistent with the architectural vision;
• Configure Guidewire applications and develop Guidewire business rules using Guidewire Studio.
• Develop custom integration programs to connect Guidewire applications with other internal and external systems using JAVA and XML.
• Execute configuration/integration tests, including monitoring software incidents and communicating software issues to Guidewire development.
• Provide technical expertise by enforcing the vision of the application architecture and safeguarding the integrity of the application environment in alliance with architects and other tech leads;
• Function as a subject matter expert and advocate for the software applications supported;
• Review and provide input into Architectural designs, requirements and test cases.
• The role requires to be in local office 2 - 3 days per week. Preferred locations Mississauga, Canada and Toronto, Canada.
