You Are:

Management Consulting professionals advise, design and implement transformational solutions in our specialist functional and industry areas. The Management Consulting Senior Manager designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.

The candidate will be a Senior Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending industry.

Large wholesale lenders are investing heavily in modernizing their business and technology to optimize straight-through processing, enhance client and employee experience, and reduce cost of ownership within the origination and portfolio monitoring space.

Accenture is growing our practice to help our clients navigate their transformational journeys. The Commercial Credit Senior Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our lending offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.

Skills include:

  • Banking industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate lending segments.

  • Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Wholesale credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, and portfolio monitoring.

  • Commercial lending platforms expertise (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS)

  • Successful track record of leading complex management/technology consulting engagements across the solution delivery lifecycle.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives.

The Work

  • Re-imagine world-class operating models for Wholesale credit institutions.

  • Deliver Wholesale credit systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.).

  • Develop world-class solutions for banking institutions.

  • Become a trusted advisor for senior executives looking to solve a critical business problem

  • Define clients' business and technology strategy.

  • Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms

  • Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, deliverables and risk assessment

  • Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.

  • Develop of our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.

  • Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.

  • Build your reputation as an industry thought leader

Qualification

Here’s What You Need:

  • 10+ years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development

  • Demonstrated experience leading engagements and managing resources on complex nCino transformation programs

  • Demonstrated ability to originate within the Canadian Financial Services market

  • A University Degree is required for this position

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points If:

  • French speaking is preferred for this role

  • nCino expertise preferred including nCino/Salesforce certifications

  • You’ve got an advanced degree or financial industry certification

  • You have a strong leadership presence in the Canadian Financial Services market

  • Banking industry and/or system certifications

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position.
The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
